Data we collect
We do not run accounts or analytics profiles. The detail form on our contact page works entirely in your browser; its contents are not transmitted to us. We only receive personal data when you email us, which typically includes your name, email address, message and any photographs you attach.
How we use it
We use your messages to reply, to research the detail you describe and, with your explicit permission, to quote or credit you in an article. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, for security and reliability. These logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
